Terms of Service

Puchuang AI provides AI Configuration, Custom Agents and consulting services.

The specific services, deliverables and timelines are as set out in the service agreement confirmed by both parties.

Our standard process is as follows:

• Requirements: we learn about your needs through the inquiry form or direct contact

• Proposal: we prepare a service plan based on your needs and confirm it with you

• Payment: once both parties confirm the plan, you pay the service fee as agreed

• Delivery: we deliver the service on the agreed timeline and to the agreed standard

• Acceptance: you review the deliverables, request changes or confirm acceptance

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide true and accurate personal information and descriptions of your business needs

• Cooperate promptly with the communication and materials needed during the service

• Keep any sensitive information in the deliverables, such as login credentials and passwords, secure

• Not use the deliverables for any purpose that violates laws or regulations

• Respect our intellectual property, and not resell or publicly distribute our service methodology without authorization

• Service fees are as stated in the service plan confirmed by both parties

• We accept Alipay, WeChat Pay, corporate bank transfer and other payment methods

• Payment milestones and proportions are as set out in the service agreement

• All prices are in Chinese yuan (CNY)

• Before the service starts: if the service has not yet started, you may request a full refund

• During the service: refunds are negotiated in proportion to the work already completed

• After delivery: if you are not satisfied with the deliverables, we will first offer free revisions; if the revised work still does not meet your needs, a partial refund may be negotiated

• Processing time: refund requests are processed within 7 business days of receipt

• You own the deliverables and may use them freely in your own business

• The intellectual property in the methodologies, tools and frameworks we use in providing the service belongs to Puchuang AI

• Without written authorization, our service methodology may not be used for commercial training or resale

• We will keep the business information you provide during the service strictly confidential

• Our services are based on the features and interfaces of today's mainstream AI platforms. If a platform changes its features or policies, the results of our service may be affected; we will let you know promptly and help you adjust

• We are not responsible for the accuracy or compliance of specific content you generate with AI tools; we recommend reviewing it before use

• We are not liable for breach where the service cannot be provided because of force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, network failures and policy changes), but we will notify you promptly and work out a solution with you

• These terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the People's Republic of China

• Any dispute arising from these terms or the services should first be resolved through friendly negotiation

• If negotiation fails, either party may bring a lawsuit before the people's court with jurisdiction over the place where Puchuang AI (陕西智源朴创信息科技有限公司) is located

We reserve the right to update these terms as our business develops and as the law requires. Updated terms will be published on this page with the latest update date. Continuing to use our services means you accept the updated terms.
